Opting for a Pemrose Cloud Computing solution means that, aside from the initial setup fee (equal to one month's service in advance), there are no liabilities, loans, leases or other financial instruments that detrementally affect an Organization's value, and simplify book-keeping. The ability to acquire the latest enterprise quality technology from best-of-breed providers with virtually no up-front cost or ongoing liabilities is what makes the Cloud Computing solution so attractive to many young businesses. Subscription = No Leases
Pemrose does not lease the equipment to its Clients. In fact, each Client is bound only by an initial three month agreement - after that the contract moves to a rolling-month Agreement in which the Client may cancel their subscription at any time. Pemrose are so confident in their ability to deliver an unrivaled service that we do not require lengthy contracts or commitments from our Clients. This means that not only can you avoid unnecessary capital expenditure, but by moving all costs to Operational Expenditure you gain the flexibility to scale up or down as your Organization meets demanding changes and growth challenges. Lowers Barriers to Entry
By subscribing to a Cloud Computing solution, all applications and services are given a level playing field. It is possible to deploy a CRM solution to be trialed by a small group of employees within the business, before making a decision to deploy to an entire Organization. Small Organizations from 1 user up to multi-national, multi-site Organizations with thousands of users have access to the same enterprise quality applications, services and infrastructure. By enabling components to be added on-demand to entire Organizations, or to a subset of users, every business gains the competitive advantages and efficiencies that IT systems were intended to deliver. Return on Investment
Manging your IT costs becomes an exercise in managing Return on Investment on a month-to-month basis. There is no requirement to justify investment or expenditure over 3 or 5 year periods.

Multi-tenancy

Multi-tenancy enables Pemrose to deliver a CRM system to hundreds of companies from one server farm. The operational efficiencies and benefits we gain are passed directly to our Clients in the form of cost savings. Instead of each company investing in server hardware and licensing to deploy one managed system, Pemrose utilises these economies of scale to not only deliver a more robust and consolidated experience, but to effectively manage and deploy new systems in a more controlled manner. Our data isolation, encryption and security ensure that each Client maintains its own isolated and secure pool of data, separate from other companies we provide services to, whilst providing the centralized and scalable benefits that Multi-tenancy has to offer. In addition this technology results in a significant reduction in carbon footprint, by making the best and optimal use of the servers we deploy, and resulting in lower energy usage and wastage.

Virtualization
By utilizing virtualization technologies Pemrose are able to utilize one server to host the Active Directories, applications and services of multiple Organizations. Virtualization provides a reliable and secure platform from which to deploy our solutions, and provides advanced facilities such as snapshots and roll-backs. Malicious or accidental damage to databases, email systems, documents, applications or other data can be recovered by simply "rolling-back" to an earlier snapshot of the server from a previous point in time. Pemrose take daily snapshots of Client servers that are held in secure off-site locations for a period of up to 90 days.

In addition this technology enables Pemrose to efficiently utilize and deploy its resources, whilst providing the flexibility to migrate Organizations to larger more powerful servers as they grow to better meet their demands or needs, without the concern of hardware differences or changes. In addition this enables Pemrose to maintain its server farms and provide continuous technology upgrades to its Clients without the concern of downtime or service interruption.

Hardware & Software NOT an Asset
Both hardware and software have traditionally been viewed by businesses as assets on their balance sheets. The rapid changes experienced both in the hardware and software industries has erroded the value once associated with ownership and perpetual licensing. Recent legislation has made it increasingly difficult and more costly to environmentally dispose of old hardware. Old copies of Windows, Office and other packages have no value and perpetual licenses cannot typically be sold or passed onto a third party. Remove the clutter and unnecessary storage of old equipment and software. By opting for a Pemrose Cloud Computing solution your hardware and software are included. Old hardware is disposed of sensitively or reused and dsitributed to schools and charities. Software is delivered digitally and there are no manuals, disks, CDs, license keys or agreements to catalogue and manage.

Technical Support Costs
By providing technical support as part of every Cloud Computing solution, Pemrose negate the need to invest in expensive third party support contracts or onsite staff. IT staff have their duties freed to help develop and evolve the Organization's IT network and policy, instead of dealing with unnecessary help desk calls from users. IT staff are able to maintain a top-down view of the network, monitor performance and assist in change control and training, whilst maintaining admistrative control over data.
